Club pilot form data

Privacy and pilot request data

What happens to the information you submit through the PointFlow club pilot form.

What the form collects

Your name, club name, email address and country. You may also add sports, court count and a message.

Why we use it

The PointFlow team uses your request to reply and discuss whether a club pilot may be a fit.

Conversion analytics

The site counts clicks that lead to the pilot form, the first focus in the form, and successfully sent requests. It stores only daily aggregate counts; names, email addresses, messages, IP addresses, and visitor identifiers are not included. Cloudflare, as infrastructure provider, may process standard technical request data. Counts are deleted after 400 days.

Where the request goes

Form data is sent to the PointFlow server and emailed to the request inbox. It is not added to the PointFlow match database. Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, processes the technical request to operate the website.

Request rate limiting

To protect the form, the server temporarily stores a hash of the IP address and a request counter. Rate-limit records are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

How long the email is kept

The request is kept in the request inbox so the team can respond. A separate deletion period for inbox emails has not been defined yet.

Questions about your data

Email [email protected] and include the email address you used in the form.

This page describes the current operation of the club pilot form. It does not set out separate rules for other PointFlow services.
